Ever since I watched my grandfather practice law as a child, I have always been fascinated by the legal profession. Laws impact every sphere of human life. I believe this field is an opportunity for me to give back to society and speak up for those who cannot.
Abirami Ramachandran 
With great power comes great responsibility. Pursuing law would give me the power to fulfil my responsibility towards society and help uplift people at the grassroots level in India, like artisans and innovators. With proper education and legal guidance, they can not only contribute to our economy, but also strive towards a more prosperous future.
Rishabh Kumarpal Mehta 
I am inspired by luminaries like Martin Luther King Jr. and Thurgood Marshall who have tirelessly worked to challenge the inherently unjust status quo. My goal is to change the life of at least one person for the better, and I believe law is the best tool to achieve social justice.

I am inspired to work towards the legal empowerment of women and improve their living conditions. The judiciary possesses immense potential to be a harbinger of change. So, I wish to bring about progressive changes in concurrence with the evolving social conditions of society.

My family has always pushed me to think, have an opinion, and express myself confidently. I chose to pursue law to better understand the laws that govern us and help people get justice. I want to explore new fields of law and gather as much real-life experience as possible while helping people in need.

I always wanted my area of study to be connected to language, and the language of law felt like a secret available only to a privileged few. Working in the legal field will be challenging, but my tenacity to make a difference will help me find creative solutions to issues plaguing marginalised sections of society.

I chose law to equip myself with the skills to challenge existing systems, create social change through the judiciary and policy research, and address the pendency of cases as an institutional problem which affects numerous lives. I believe my resilient mindset will help bring long-lasting change to our legal system.

Studying law will allow me to develop a professional standing from which I can address corruption, bureaucratic delays, and a lack of legal awareness on a large scale. I want to create change through PILs (Public Interest Litigation), pro bono work, and by representing the grievances of people facing the complex web of our judicial processes.
Prem Vinod Parwani 
My interest in law and argumentation was sparked after participating in Model United Nations. I developed my interest further by reading legal books and making my own arguments for landmark judgements. I want to pursue a career in litigation with a focus on social justice.
Rishabh Shivani 
As an avid sports fan, I am passionate about bringing about a change in sports organisations. My goal as a sports lawyer is to increase the transparency of sports authorities in India and make laws regarding sports accessible to the public. I aspire to establish a law firm dedicated exclusively to sports law someday.
Ananya Rao 
My desire to serve society and my concern for the environment led me to pursue a career in environmental law. I believe that better policies and their implementation will help secure a sustainable future for our planet and its people.
Avani Sunil Sirsikar 
I discovered several issues in our healthcare sector that invoked great empathy in me and inspired me to become an advocate for the rights of patients. Through healthcare legislation, addressing patient-specific issues, and prioritising fundamental rights and ethics, I intend to bring about a change both in the healthcare system and the lives of patients.
Bhavita Vashishtha 
The field of law asks for a lot of persistence. Change cannot be brought about in such a complex field unless one has a strong desire for it to happen. My desire to bring a positive change in people’s lives is enough fuel for me to work persistently and deal with the many challenges that will come my way.
Amitesh Neogi 
I wish to pursue law to interpret its nuances to uplift the vulnerable and give them a fair chance in society. I plan to quash the stigma of law being a stringent tool to deliver punishment and instead promote it as a mechanism to protect and provide justice.

Studying law is a natural fit for me as it combines my passion for critical thinking with the opportunity to address the challenges of the justice system. As a lawyer, I want to increase the accessibility of law to all, regardless of socio-economic background, and play my part in fostering a fair and just society.

I am inspired by judges who have upheld our fundamental rights. Judicial activism and PILs (Public Interest Litigation) have now ensured that justice is available to everyone. By joining the judicial system, I will be in a better position to make a direct impact on the community.

From actively creating ‘wealth out of waste’ in school to writing my B.Tech. thesis in Urban Mining, I have always been passionate about creating environmentally sustainable and socially impactful technology. My main goal with this MBA is to develop sound business sense to match my technical talents so that I can create solutions to social, economic, and environmental problems that exist in our nation and in the world.

India’s healthcare system faces a lot of challenges, most of which cannot be addressed by taking a parochial view. I plan on leveraging my experience as a doctor along with my MBA degree to analyse the problems plaguing the healthcare industry and derive sustainable solutions.
